Okay, so maybe it's not officially her birthday, but today Paul and I celebrated the anniversary of the day I found out I was prego! Yep, exactly one year ago from today (feb. 23, 2009) I cried my eyes out as I discovered the very shocking news! Paul and I were both stunned that evening, and knew that our life would never be the same, realizing that we were going to be parents! What a huge mix of emotions, as we sat and laughed and cried together the rest of that evening late into the night, imagining what the future would bring with the start of our family. We are so happy now to have sweet lil Brightlie in our lives . . . it's amazing how much happens in just one year!
