I love my little goofy girl. She is such a joyful, energetic child and she fills my heart with happiness! I feel that our life/little family is so content, with just our one perfect little lady.
Last night i couldn't help but just sit and cry for a minute- call me emotional, but i was thinking to myself, "Wow- she is almost 2?! What happened to my baby?" It is funny to think that she is growing so fast learning so much, and becoming and independent little person, with a playful & delightful personality all her own. I love that she is fearless, happy, picky, enthusiastic and ecstatic about everything! But, sometimes i wish time would slow down... that i could cuddle with her, hold her, rock her to sleep, etc. for just a little bit longer. Brightlie is our world, and we love every second of parenthood!
This week i took B to the QC library (pretty huh? it's huge!)
for the live Reptiles show.
B was so good the entire 40 minutes, and even got to pet the 10 ft. long
snake at the end! (below: he's holding an iguana)

And finally, B has figured out a new "hiding" spot... she thinks it is funny to
close herself inside the pantry and then look out at us- what a goof!
Life at the Reidhead Home is pretty chill at the moment, but the adventures
of daily life keep us busy! And yes, we are enjoying our journey! :)
