MY BIRTHDAY

Thank you, thank you to all my friends who called or text to wish me a happy birthday! The day was short and sweet, and I am content :)

On Monday Paul took me shopping at the mall, and he also chilled with me while my sis-in-law Chelsea & I got got Manicures & Pedicures, which was what I had requested from my dear hubby as my present this year.

Today Paul took me to dinner at Macaroni Grill (my fav. restaurant!) and then we went to AMC to see "Bounty Hunter". Sadly, Brightlie started to cry (not even loud like she normally does) and Paul quickly took her outside to feed her. We are not sure how or how realistic the claim was, but we ended up getting kicked out of AMC half- way through! While Paul was feeding her some Manager lady came and said that due to a complaint, Paul was not allowed to go back into the theater. You best believe I was pretty angry. So, we got our money back and the lady went on about how one person can cause "Damage" to everyone else who is enjoying the AMC experience. I told her that there were no ushers even in our theater to validate the "claim" and that Paul instantly got up and took her out, so I was quite unsure what the "damage" was. I mean, do I complain when someone gets up and takes care of a problem in the best possible way? Honestly people. She responded, "Some people don't appreciate children at the movies" and later Paul told me she had kicked another lady out with her daughter that had been sitting down in front. Discrimination. Well, you better believe I will be on the phone with AMC Corporate tomorrow. Anyways, overall it was a great day. And, ps. I also got to buy Brightlie 6 new outfits, so that was fun. "Carter's" baby store in Chandler was having a sale. Overall, it was a nice birthday! :)
