2 little wild things!

Oh, my two crazy little girls.  They are both so fun, and yet so different.  Polar opposites. And pretty much they keep my life entertaining.  Or maybe, it's more like i try to find things to do to help entertain them... they get so bored at home, so we try to do playdates with friends as often as possible.  This past week, we went with our friends Elisha {& Mikayla}, and Virginia {& Kylie} to the Phoenix Zoo!  The zoo was very busy, considering that the mid-day weather was in the low 70's, and it was a perfect day to be outside!
AT THE ZOO!
 Mikayla & Brightlie, eating lunch!

 These 3 cute girls held hands everywhere they went, and
had a blast together!
Peyton was so happy,
just chillin in the stroller!
She loves to be outside.

 Brightlie. Mikayla. Kylie.

 This girl LOVES animals, and loves running around at the zoo
checking out all the many fun exhibits.

 Of course B thinks the petting zoo is awesome,
since you actually get to pet the animals up close,
even if it's just a stinky goat. :)

Peyton got to "pet" an animal too!
 I think hers is the cutest!

All of us GIRLS!!! (well, mostly!)
{Me, Brightlie & Peyton}
{Virginia, Kylie, and baby girl Chloe due in May}
{Elisha, Mikayla, and baby boy Miles due in Aug.}

And when we are not at the zoo?  Oh, then we are having funny adventures around our house.  Or shopping  at the mall.  Or walking around Target.  I was thrilled this week to buy some really cute clothes at Target for really cheap- only $2.50 for a shirt?  Heck yes, i bought several.  :)  And some cute shorts to match.  Usually I'm all about the mall, but Target worked out well.    Anyways, the rest of the time is, well, random and silly hanging at the house, living life kinda stuff.

Brightlie is at a fun age- she likes to play dress up and
today was a "Princess Snow White" day.
It's fun that she is now matching/wearing her dress up outfits
while watching the actual Disney movie!

 Me and my little Princess Peyton!
Can't believe she is 10 moths old!

At 10 month old:
-Just got in her 5th tooth (# 3 on the top)
-eyes are still bright BLUE
-eats baby food and cereal
-is still not sleeping through the night yet :(
-is a speedy little crawler
-makes lots of noise (talks or more like funny monster growling noises and squeals)
-laughs and smiles, loves to be tickled
-can stand for up on her own for up to 15 seconds!
- Enjoys playing with Brightlie, even though they are starting to act more like sisters,
teasing/fighting is already beginning.  :)
-weighs 18lbs., 14 oz. and is just below average for her height and weight.

We sure do love these 2 girls though!
They are best friends, fight like sisters, and
are total opposites in personality, but
we couldn't imagine life without them!!!

PS.  So, we had a pregnancy scare this month and were thinking that we would be adding a new addition to our fam in 9 months.  It was interesting since we have never had to actually anticipate the "wait" time to take a pregnancy test.  Brightlie was a total surprise and  Peyton was planned. The verdict........ NOT pregnant.
I have to admit, I was disappointed.  Paul was thrilled.  He think Peyton is still too little.  And since B and P are 2.5 yrs. apart, he is wanting to have the same amount of space between P and the next baby.  I guess I agree, but part of me just kinda wants to be done and get it over with.  :)  I bet that probably sounds awful, but with horrible pregnancies (7-9 months of being deathly ill), I'm not really a 'happy' prego. And, I feel like there is another child waiting to come to our home.... so it looks like we are probably going to have a third, which is funny because Paul and I could be completely content with our family the way it is.  We both have always wanted a small family, and we don't "need" a boy like some people do.  Anyways, time will tell, but for the moment it is just the 4 of us in our sweet little family.
